Shooting Trackdayklubben at Ring Djursland

Saturday May 2nd, I had great fun shooting ‘fast cars’ around the track of Ring Djursland on a perfect sunny day.

It was the first time i joined Trackdayklubben, and was quit amazed with the setup and serioius these guys are – not only around the security, but also the Instructors in place to help the participants to maximize the outcome of the day, gain faster track timimng and ultamtely also somply becoming a better driver.

During this session it was Tommy Schröter w. 25 years of race experience and Michael Schröter w. 20 years of race experience (picture above). That setup is about as good as it gets.

I was there to practice my skills in shooting driving/racing cars with my new Olympus gear (resently changed from Canon) – and hopefully deliver some nice pics to Trackdayklubbens Members – and to be honest, it wwas not that easy in the beginning. This for sure was one of the diciplines where I have to ‘become good friends’ with my new gear. But through the day I improved, and became more and more comfortable with my new gear, and started having fun.

Below is a few shots from the day, and on this link, you can see more or less all my shots from the day.

For sure this was not the last time I joined these guys 🙂
